Young Women Leaders
“Young Women Leaders” is a project designed to help develop leadership skills to a group of university students and fresh graduates who posses' leadership qualifications and traits. This was achieved through equipping the target group with leadership and practical skills qualifying them to become leaders in the future. This project, in addition, aimed at providing young women leaders with an opportunity to empower themselves, endorse their roles within the community, engage in the political arena, understand the reality, and express their opinions in an attempt to make a change.
The Project has achieved the following:
Seventeen graduates were provided with an opportunity to participate in a job shadowing experience with leading women in the Palestinian society including members of the Palestinian Parliament.
All graduates have gained experience and developed their leadership skills.
Eight graduates were fully employed with the shadowed leading women. |
