Young Web Designing Specialists is a nine months project that aimed at equipping a group of young Palestinians from disadvantaged communities in the West Bank region with the skills and competencies required to start their own businesses or enter the job market such as qualified web designers. This was achieved through an extensive training program in web design followed by another training program on starting and managing new businesses. Finally a network was arranged by Leaders Organization linking the beneficiaries with Microfinance Agencies. Such a link provided the beneficiaries with further information on opportunities and funding sources for their new business.  

A direct impact of this program was to develop the skills, attitudes and knowledge of 32 youth ages 18-24 from disadvantaged communities to become Web Designing professionals; and to empower these selected beneficiaries to potentially start their own Web Design businesses. Another direct impact was to supply the marketplace with professionals that would provide highly demanded services in a sector that demands such expertise.
