As part of our Economic Empowerment Program, this project aims to develop and incorporate career guidance into the formal high-school curriculum to assist students in making advised choices regarding future academic plans and career options.

Leadership Academy is a one year project aimed at preparing young people for active participation and engagement in their community and to lead positive social change.

Majlisouna (Our Council) is a one year project funded by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) with the aim of advocating transparency and establishing systems of public accountability in local governance units (LGUs). The primary purpose of this project is to increase youth participation through targeting young people from local community-based organizations to participate in capacity development programs on integrity, accountability and transparency, with specific reference to LGUs.

Running from October 2007 to February 2008, the aim of this project was to develop an agenda for students' movements to meet the needs and interests of students, to initiate activities, and to form a national student committee to follow up on these activities.

The project aimed to increase awareness of electoral law in Palestine, compare it to other electoral systems in the region and examine the role youth can play in elections and the electoral monitoring process, whether within parties or independently, to ensure credibility and transparency.
