Leaders approach to development action is based on:

Volunteerism: We encourage young people to volunteer in areas that benefit their society. In encouraging volunteerism we mobilize youth with expertise in professional fields such as law, media and business in activities that leave a positive impact on their society. In this approach we apply the innovative concept of “service learning” where our young volunteers benefit their communities while developing their professional skills.

Equal opportunities: We are keen on providing equal opportunities to members of our target groups. The Organization’s Gender Policy adopted by our Board of Directors ensures that at least 40% of our beneficiaries are females. We are currently formulating a policy that will ensure that our activities and programs benefit individuals with special needs.

Modern Media: We recognize the potential of modern technologies in creating awareness and increasing outreach. We exploit this potential by ensuring an active presence on the Internet and Social Networking platforms. In addition to the Organization’s website, we manage a Facebook group and our own YouTube channel. These tools allow us to reach out to a wider audience and to disseminate information on our activities and programs.

Partnerships: We understand the power of partnerships. We know that synergies can ensure a wider outreach and more significant impact. This knowledge drives us to maintain a strong network of community based, national and international partners.
