Leaders believes in the role of young people in achieving our vision. On this basis, we will empower young people through building their capacities, developing their communication skills, providing them with the tools to study and understand their community and actively engage in its development. The tools used by Leaders in this process will strive to support economic development and promote social justice, an understanding of citizenship, respect for human rights and democracy, and encourage civic engagement.
Young people also need opportunities: opportunities for civic engagement, for economic empowerment and for free expression. We work on both creating and enabling young people to access such opportunities.
We also create platforms for young people to reach out to their community and the world through community workshops and programs that utilize modern media and support creative expression.
